Short description:                  

Out of approximately 100 applications, the Podravina region was selected as one of the group of 12 pilot cities and regions that will develop their chosen thematic areas by 2025. In the project, together with the application partner E Zavod, Ptuj and stakeholders in the region, we will prepare a Strategy for the development of the bio-circular economy in Podravje - the first thematic regional strategy for Podravje. The strategy will be the basis for the preparation of a set of regional projects and the Action Plan, as well as the development of mechanisms for financing the identified projects.     

Results: The result is a Strategy for Circular Bioeconomy and an Action Plan presented on 9th May 2023.
